Provision is recommended for the subsequent entry of the Stains or groups thereof and it is pointed out that the important question of the position of the Crown will rquire further examination when the relation of the federal executive to the Crown is discussed. [...] His Excellency the Viceroy made an apreciative reference to the memory of the late Sir Rash Behari Ghose in unveiling the bust in the Calcutta High Court on Tuesday morning in the presence of a distinguished gathering oomposed of representatives of all sections of the community and different branches of the legal professiosn. [...] Shortly after his death a gathering rpresentative of the talent the wealth and the public spirit of this great city met under the presidency of the Earl of Ronalshay the then Governor of Bengal and gave forceful expression to the depth and imensity of the loss which this country had sustained by the death of one of India's most illustrious sons. [...] A subtantial amount in aid of the memorial was promised at.the meeting and Lord Ronalshay announced the names of the donors at the conclusion of the meeting." His Excellency the Viceroy then paid the following tribute to the memory of the great jurist. [...] Thereupon the Plaintiff brought the present suit in the Court of Small Causes for the rcovery of the costs that were realised by the Defendants under the order of the Ditrict Registrar.
