Keith in the course of his review of proceedings of the last ’session of Round Table Conference observes with regard to the above question that separate eletorates mean something like a negation of the possibility of the development of politics on nen-racial lines." [...] The discussions on the Government of India coring at the same time that the Statute of Westminister has been in progress have naturally raised the quetion whether the new conception of Dominion status can properly be applied to India. [...] The word " proved " in that section means proved before the case of the prosecution comes to an end either proved in the course of the prosecution case or proed in some proceeding previous to the trial. [...] Where the property contracted to be sold was the subject-matter of a usufructuary mortgage and the purchaser after entering into a contract with the vendor but without completing the purchase paid off the morgage debt and got possession of the property from the mortgagee: Held—That the purchaser was not etitled to be subrogated in the place of the mortgagee.
