The section further provides that if the amount of the fine or of any instalment as the case may be is not realised on or before the latest date on which it is payable under the order the Court may direct the sentence of imprisonment in dfault of payment to be carried into exection at once. [...] 847) it was held that in the case of a company or a firm the residence of the copany or the firm is that place or those places from which the central management or cotrol is exercised over the whole business of the firm such a test may not be available to a joint Hindu family when the joint family happens not to possess any trade.
