It does not propose to require the Trustees or Board of Managment or any individual in charge of or entrusted with the management of any temple to throw it open for public woship by any community other than the community for which it has -hithertofore been reserved when the latter by a majority of votes decide to withdraw the restriction; but only contemplates that if the Trustees Committe [...] We must confess our iginorance of the real character of the controversy between the Brahmins and non-Brahmins and the uin a previous issue that in Bengal untoucn ability in the orthodox community is cons fined to cooked-food and potable water that it exists amongst the different sects of Bramins and even between members of the same family. [...] What is more during the Charak puja which marks the end of the Bengalee year any one who observes the fast of an ascetic (Sanyasi) no matter what may be his caste is entitled to put flower and pour water on the head of the deity a privlege which is ordinarily reserved only for the priests. [...] No application for tranefer will lie after the defence case has been raised and in respect of appeals none after the argument for the admission of the appeal () the argment for the Appellant in an admitted apeal has commenced. [...] In the Original Side of the High Court a junior Counsel is alloed in all important cases at two-thirds or three-fifths the fees of the leader.
