Yet the Government has been loud in its condemnation of multiplicity of appeals! Considering the possible composition of the roposed Federal Court and the right of apeal to the Privy Council which is to a cetain extent retained we consider that the provision for an intermediate appeal to the Federal Court will be of no use at all except prolonging litigation and increasing the burden on [...] But the question still remains what would have bean the correct standard of valuing the suit in the absence of the estoppel under which the Plaintiff had placed himself. [...] 8 of the Suits Valution Act the value for the purpose of juridiction and that for the purpose of courfees must be the same. [...] The criteria he says would be the dower the amount which the husband may have to spend on the maintenance of his wifand the value of domestic assistance for the peformance of household work. [...] The Plaintiff therefore filed the suit and relied on the part payment and acknowledgment of the debt by the Official Assignee as extending the period of limitation : Held (BEAUMONT C.
