It will be seen' that unless some delay occurs in the granting of the application by the Deputy Registrar (which is not likely since that is entirely a formal matter) the rules provide a maximum of five days beween the making of the application and the notification of the estimate. [...] The next stage of the matter is the prparation of the copy after the estimate has been made and the party has deposited the necessary stamps and folios. [...] 2 of the properties: Held (VARADACHARIAR J.)—Thair in caculating the basis with reference to which the amount payable to the Petitioner is to be fixed his decree must be treated as satisfied to the extent of the proceeds realised by the sale of the properties belonging to the other judgment-debtors. [...] After the determination of the lease when the tenancy from year to year was created it is not possible to carry over this collateral security which is certainly no part of the lease transaction so as to enable the Plaintiff to claim the arrear of rent for the whole of the subsequent period as if that mortgage was also created for the rent due subsequent to the transformation of the tenancy int
