The fourth suggestion that the time-limit for filing papers which do not relate to cases specially fixed for hearing may be extended to 1 P. M. seems to be a reasonable one: but the complaint that the discretion of the Court in receiving without an affidavit papers tiled after the time-limit; has Leen fettered is groundless seeing that the rule concerned specifically states that ^awe for delay m [...] 264 of the Contract Act apnlie.s to the case of a dissolution of partrershin by the death of one of the partners. [...] An acknowledgment made by one partner of such a firm after the death of one of the partners in respect of debts due on transactions entered into before the death is binding on the heirs of the deceased partner. [...] Thereupon the applicant wrote a letter to the !and Acquisition officer to the effect that he did not accept the award and requesed that the question of the amount of copensation be referred to the High Court. [...] the measurement of the land the amount of the compensation the persons to whom it is payable or the apportionment of the compensation among the persons inteested.
