15 (c) the Bar Council may with the previous sanction of the High Court make rules for the giving of facilities for legal education and training and the holding and conduct of examinations by the Bar Council. [...] Ivestigation led to the discovery that the dceased had once received a post card from a male friend and that the writer of the post card had by another letter fixed an appoinment with the deceased to meet him at a public house on the night of the murder. [...] When at last the arrest was made the fulfilment of an expectation long deferred the duplic ity of the murdeed woman and the betrayal of the accused by a mistress all combined to invest the case with an over-powering interest. [...] Therafter t here was partition under the Estates Partition Act and two of the said plots fell to the Patti of one of the landlords who was not one who had dispossessed the teant: field (COURTNEY TERRELL C. J. and DHAVLE J.)—That the law of suspension of rent would continue until the plot from which the tenant had been dispossessed was restored to him. [...] The Court is also to pass a decree in accordance with the compromise so far as it relates to the suit and the passing of the decree may if necessary he postponed till the hearing of the suit if there is a question that the iterest of other parties to the suit who have not entered into the compromise would he affected by it but this is no reason to defer the actual recording of the agreement
