34 of the Act but the fornter parried the thrust by holding that the missile had not been properly forged and it was one which the Board had no right to throw under the rules of combat. [...] 34 the Court must be paralysed as soon as that condition is satisfied: questions relating to the validity of the notice must be agitated elsewhere that is to say before the Board in proceedings which precede and culminate in the issuing of the notice. [...] In spite of the smallness of the type and the somwhat close printing the general appearance of the book is neat. [...] Some time later the Collector communicated to the Ditrict Judge that a certain sum of money was due from the Appellant to the Goverment and requested the Judge to order the Appellant to pay that sum as a pre-requisite to the appeal being heard. [...] The cause of action to claim a relief for posession accrued only after the rectification of the deed and as at the time of the insttution of the former suit the cause of action for that relief had not arisen the suit was properly dismissed.
