10C of the amened Court of Wards Act the execution of any decree or order against the person or prperty of the ward within four years from the date of the commencement of the Ben. [...] Now if a ward of Court happens to be a joint teant with others who are not at all wards of Court in respect of a tenancy governed by the Bengal Tenancy Act and the landlord of such a tenancy brings a suit for recovery' of arrears of rent thereof against the ward of Court and against the aforesaid csharers of the ward of Court obtains a dcree against all of them and then makes an applica [...] The power to permit the applcation to be converted into a plaint by pament of court-fees which the Court udoubtedly has during the pendency of the application can be exercised at the time of rejecting the application that is to say if in a single order the Court declines leave to sue as a pauper and also gives time for filing of court-fees this would be within the dicretion allowed [...] But the time between the date of the rturn of a plaint for presentation to the prper Court and the filing of a revision pettion and that between the date of disposal of the revision petition and the date of rfiling the plaint in the proper Court cannot be excluded under any section of the Limtation Act. [...] 526 of the Criminal Procdure Code an order for such adjournment conditional on the payment of costs by the applicant cannot be made there is nothing to prevent the Court from passing an order when adjourning the case that the applicant shall pay the costs of the opposite party.
