100 or will it make A refund the excess of the real value of the property over the decretal amount or re-convey a portion of the property of the value of the said excess? [...] In the case sugested by our correspondent the decree waA not " fully satisfied " by the date mentioned in the statute and the expression in the setion can only refer to the whole decree.
