He would not allow any statement made from the Bar to be verified by reference to the records; and if a short adjournment was asked for on the ground that the lawyer concerned was in a difficulty but would soon make other arrangements he would volunteer to grant all the time needed in order to enable the lawyer to attend to the case personally. The reference in the last sentence apears to be to the observations of Mr. [...] Thereafter S. A. a son of the wakif managed the property and to disburse the income thereof in accordance with the prvision of the tvakf: Held (Tuoial C. J. and GANGA NAT% J.) That it is a condition of the validity of a wakf that the wakif should not reserve any interest in the endowed property for hinself; if he does the wakf is bad not merely in respect of the reservation but in its e [...] In the present case the decsion of the Revenue Court did not alter the nature of the possession of the inutwali.
