For the abolition of the Weekly List and the introduction of a Monthly we can think of no reason other than a necessity to econmise paper. [...] At the time a Rule is issued their Lordships do not fix a returnable date and the Advocate for the Petitioner leaves the Court with the impression that it will come up for hearing in the ordinary course which means a considerable time later. [...] A sale in insolvency proceedings whether it be a direct sale by the Official Receiver to a particular person or whether it be a sale in auction is nothing more than a transfer by act of parties and is not a transfer of prperty by operation of law or by or in excution of a decree or order of a Court of competent jurisdiction. [...] Where in a plaint the Plaintiff asks for reliefs some of which are within the juridiction of the Court and some are not the plaint as a whole or in part cannot be rturned under Or. [...] 192 of the Sucession Act applies and an application under that section is maintainable: Held also—That the objector not having applied for revision of the order regarding the maintainability of the application and much time and cost having been spent the High Court should refuse to interfere under sec.
