If the sole object be to prevent the working hours extending up to sundown in any season of the year the simpler way is to alter the hours of work when the days are shorter. [...] 1733 L. R. dated the 16th February 1942 prohibits the grant of copies of all maps drawn to a scale of “32 miles to an inch or larger” It was thought that it might not be the intention of the Government that the restriction should apply to case-maps as well; but we undestand that on a reference by the District Judge of Pabna the Judicial Department have made it clear that case-maps are not e [...] They have however made the illuminating suggestion that the only posible course is to reduce the scale of a casmap “to one below the prohibition and then give copy” Whatever may be said of the Circular iself it is impossible to regard the suggetion of the Judicial Department otherwise than as a practical joke. [...] If the instructions of the Judicial Deparment are to be followed it is not easy to understand who will reduce the map to the unoffending scale by what process such a marvel of map-making will be accomplished and of what use a map say of 1116"x1116" will be to anybody. [...] 47 of the Civil Procedure Code and that his claim should have been decided in the execution prceeding: Held (Full Bench: LEACH C. J. KRISHNASWAMI AYYANGAR and CHANDRSEKHARA AYYAR JJ.)—That the suit was not barred because the Appellant having been brought on the record as the legal rpresentative of the deceased judgmendebtor could not challenge the decree.
