We have always been saying that the scope of the section is extremely limited and that barring attachment and sale of properties of the judgment-debtor it does not affect the remaining modes of execution laid down in the Civil Procedure Code. [...] 10C of the Begal Court of Wards Act is one of which the language used in the section is not at all susceptible but at the same time we see no reason to prefer it to the other interprettion contended for on behalf of the decreholder either as a matter of language or on merits. [...] The phrase every year " creates no difficulty because as we have pointed out the section does not speak of interest " accruing due " every year but only of interest due and if the setion directs the debtor to pay every year the interest due under the decree or order he must pay every year whatever is due at the time. [...] If the acknowledgment is an aknowledgment of a part payment of the amount due on the note then that implies a liability to pay something more under the promissory note and is therefore an acknoledgment of the right of the creditor to rcover something more on the promissory note in question. [...] The suspension of an employee does not amount to dismissal or termination of the contract of service and the employee is etitled to his wages for the period of suspesion even though he may be dismissed at the end of the period of suspension.
