One set is composed of certified copies of the judgments and decrees of the two lower Courts and a copy of the Memorandum of Appeal and the ether set is composed of plain copies of papers included in the first set without the decrees. [...] After the appeal is admitted the Appellant is required to prepare and file aver again Paper-books " which contain nothing in addition to the papers already supplied at the preliminary hearing except the order of the Court admitting the appeal. [...] The set of papers composed of the certified copies may be used by the Judge and the other set of plain copies may be served on the Respodent. [...] When the main purpose of a trust was making provisions for the due worship of the idol and performance of the necessary ceremonies and provision was also made for the feeding of sadhus guests and travellers which may be regarded in a sense as a part of the due worship of the particular god: Held (HARRIES C. J. And MA7N0HARLAL J.)—That the trust was not a public trust within the meaning of the [...] He was wrongfully removed! Held—That an implied contract in terms of the Articles between the Plaintiff and the Company could be inferred from the cicumstances and the Plaintiff was entitled to a declaration that he was the Managing Director of the Company.
