EDITORIÁL NOTES NOTES OF CASES— lxxxiv The next year’s C. W. N. Apropos of the announcement made in our last issue regarding the form of future volumes of The Calcutta Weekly Notes and the Ades of subscription we have received several representations from our subscribers who have pointed out to us that the proposed separation of the Federal Court reports will cause inconvenience in more ways than [...] Whaever the number of pages required to find room for all important decisions of the High Court and all the decisions of the Privy Council and the Federal Court those will be provided. [...] We remain in the hope that our subscribers will appreciate the reasons which are compelling us to make the change and our efforts to minimise its rigour to the minimum and that they will continue to give us the co-operation which has enabled us so long to bring out the paper at the present standard of its quality. [...] The property gifted remains tha property of the donor till the date of his death and it is only on the donor's death during the life-time of the donee that the property passes to the donee provided the donor had not resumed the gift in his liftime. [...] The donee succeeds to the property only on the death of the donor provided the 'donor had not resumed the gift in his life-time.
