The Calcutta Weekly Notes is now in ita 47th volume and our correspondent’s refeence to our “ 39 volumes ” was perhaps caused by association of ideas with the 39th number of the present volume in which the increase of subscription was first announced and to which reference is made in an earlier part of the letter.
