B. T. Act and the holding is purchased The a third person does the auctiopurchaser purchase the holding subject to the charge of the balance of rent for the remaining period already due at the date of the rent suit? [...] (ii) If the holding passes to the auction-purchaser free of any such charge what relief is available to the landlord for the balance of rent due prior to the date of the rent suit since sec. [...] 148 a schedule of the total claim which might have been made on the date of the institution of the suit and the period to which the said total claim relates.
