But we understand the charge of printing the list by private arrangement is rather high and the printer is unable to undertake the printing of the monthly list owing to the fact that the arrangement may come to an end at any time on the resumption of the printing by the Goverment. [...] We understand that the money for printing the list was found from a Government grant ; the money raised by subscription was only necessary for the Conrt's work in the distribtion of the lists to the subscribers. [...] We would draw the attention of the Hotille the Acting Chief Justice to this matter and to the Report of the Committee which was appointed in the beginning of 1932. [...] The Hindu hooliganism has led to the death of the Liberal party ; the Muslim malevolence is leading to the extinction of the " Nationalist " Muhammadans. [...] or the dcree-holder with respect to the debt advanced by him which was utilised for the redemption of the prior mortgage or for the payment of the dcree based on such mortgage and limitation for the enforcement of the prior security will therfore begin to run from the date of redemption or payment of the decree.
