It will consist at the outset of British-Indian delegates alone who will be requied to set up as one of its first acts a committee to meet the Negotiating Committee on behalf of the Indian States with a view to deciding the method of representation of the States in the Constitution-making body. [...] The ninety-three “ representatives ” of the Indian States will join the rest when the three sections re-assemble for the purpose of settling the Union Constitution. [...] There is bellicosity in the air in Palestine and in many other places besides and Rabbis and Zionist politicians talk loudly about Jews of the world uniting " under the Star of David " to fight the British " to death to assume the liberty of the Jews." The trouble seems to be that the recommendation of the Anglo-U. [...] The application of the section must depend on the particular circustances of each case; but definite information with regard to the state of the law will bring the section into operation.
