It is in the social life of the Inns that the student gets the opportunity to associate with the members of the profession to imbibe its spirit and to get some idea of the atmosphere of the law Courts. [...] Under the Act it is the duty of the Bar Council to prescribe the necessary qualifications for and to regulate the admission of Advocates in the High Court. [...] The analogy that a Barrister who has read in the Chamber of another Barrister is entitled to be enrolled as an Advocate does not hold good in the case of a person having a B. L. degree and reading in Chambers;.for before being called to the Bar a Barrister has to pass an examination held by the representatives of the profession. [...] There is no authority for the proposition that the Court should read into a contract an iplied term that the enforceability of the contract is to be dependent upon the ability of the vendee to find customer fof the goods. [...] The agent got the draft from the Bank in his own name; on the agent's refusal to endorse the draft in favour of the Plaintiff the Plaintiff brought the suit for a declaration that she was beneficiary entitled to the money.
