The President has the same power in regard to judges of the High Courts which must be exercised after consultation with the Chief Justice of India and the Governor of the Province and in the case el puisnes also with the Chief Justice of the High Court concerned. [...] In the Constitution of the Commonwealth of Australia there is such a provision but in the Constitution of the other Dominions the provision as to proof of misbehaviour etc. [...] The work of the Conference has proceeded so far we are told in a press communiqué in spirit of confidence and hope." [...] Where there is an unconditional cotract for the sale of specific goods in a deliverable state the property in the goods passes to the buyer when the cotract is made and it is immaterial whether the time of payment of the price or the time of delivery of the goods or both are postponed.
