Let us hope that in future on the side of the people there will be respect for law and on the side of the Government there will be repect for the rights and liberties of the people and sincere and ceaseless efforts to solve satisfactorily the many and various problems which cry for solution. [...] There are clear signs of helplessness on the part of the Government in dealing with the ecnomic problems on account of the lack of enthusiasm on the part of people to invest the profiteering motive of the captaliSts the inflation the rise in prices etc. [...] The peak is touched by the speech of A :haryya Kripalani former President of the Indian National Congress who rightly condemned in unmeasured terms the ruthless violation of the convention that in matters of public appointments the rcemmendations of the Federal Public Sevice Commission should be accepted by the Ministers concerned. [...] llix 1948 in the column of your esteemed paper to draw the attention of the legislature as well as the members of the Bench and the Bar for clarification of the same as lots of cases involving those salient points are coming to lawyers like me for our legal opinion. [...] According to the same sub-section.if rents for three consecutive months accrue due after the enforcement of this Act. the interest of the tenant shall be ipso facto determined..." If so when the tenancy is going to he determined rnd when does the cause of action arise Whether from the 1st or the 16th of the subsequent month?
