Now that he has steadily moved up to the topmost rung of the ladder and has become the highest legal officer of the Province and the leader of the Bar we have special reasons to feel hap When we think of his long and intimate association with our paper we cannot but take pride in Mr. [...] The arrangement of the chapter is logical and the headings and suheadings are calculated to focus the readers' attention to the important topics.
