Besides we have found that tinder the recent large-scale constitutional changes it has become practically impossible to rport even a fair number of the important judgments of the Calcutta and Dacca Nigh Courts within the pages of the Calcutta Weeldv Notes. [...] The Federal Court of India now entertain appeals from all the Provincial High Courts and the reports of that Hon'blc Court ctnii-t posibly find sufficient space within the limited pages of the Calcutta Weekly Notes. [...] In order therefore to report a good nuniber of the important judgments of the Federal Court of India we have now decided to issue separately from the next year the Federal Court reports as a supplement to the calcutta Weekly Notes. [...] For the subscribers of the Calcutta Weekly Notes the annual subscription for the 163clxiv THE CALCUTTA WEEKLY NOTES VoL. [...] Local action to stop adulteration is being taken it is said but in the next breath it is added that without the co-operation of the U. P. Government adulteration at the source which alone really matters cannot be stopped and moreover amendment of the Adulteration Act must wait before the Legislative Assembly meets.
