The "white civilizers " it is welt-known exterminated most of the indigenous ihabitants of Australia and herded the renant into the most sterile central regions of the continent. [...] 3 is (1) the date of dcree or order (2) (where here has been an appeal) the date of the final decree or order of the Appellate Court. (3) (where there has been a review of judment) the date of the decision passed on the review. [...] The author has also pointed out some of the defects in the Statutes but cherishes t112 hope that given goodwill on the part of everybody responsible the Constitution can be worked for the benefit of the people. [...] The Author has judicially incorporated in the work the relevant provisions of the Act and the Orders. [...] For the purpose of keeping the book uto-date the author has added in separate addenda judicial decisions which have been published during the period the book rmained in the press.
