We certainly conCedc th:t1 it was no easy task which Patel accomplished the task of integrating Princely India into the pattern of the rest of the country; to get the multitudinous principalities out of the picture and secure a convenient grouping of them into the States of the Indian Union has been a firsrate job of work. [...] Let us by all means appreciate the integration of princely India into the rest of the country but for Heaven's sale let us not call it " unifiction." We are reminded in the second place of a comparable integration achieved in Germany with its legacy of the Holy Roman Empire by Bismarck ; as a matter of fact the Sardar has been called by many a phrasfond newspaper as India's Bismarck. [...] 55 (4) (b) of the Transfer of Property Act as amended in 1929 the vendor will be entitled to interest on the balance of purchase-money only from the date on which he delivered possession and not from the date of sale.
