We certainly conCedc th:t1 it was no easy task which Patel accomplished the task of integrating Princely India into the pattern of the rest of the country; to get the multitudinous principalities out of the picture and secure a convenient grouping of them into the States of the Indian Union has been a firsrate job of work.
