Special privileges were accorded to barristers of England or Ireland or mebers of Faculty of Advocates in Scotland ;in the composition of the Bar Councils tider the Indian Bar Councils Act of 1926 and also under the Government of India Act 1935 in the matter of the constitution of the High Courts.
