The Government of the Democratic Republic of Korea it might be recalled repeatedly asked the United Nations Organization to protest against the violation of International Law by the United States forces and others fighting under the banner of the United Nations Organization. [...] That is the task of the book itself of the weight of its evience the cumulative effect of the many things which coincide to establish the facts.” The reports without doubt will raise controversies and one can only wish that the accounts are not true. [...] In the task of appraising the reports it should be the revolve of all lawyers to see that the rule of law is established in the worid and that no state no indivdual however mighty shall escape the consequences of their crime. [...] An order adding a party defendant to a suit for removal of the trustees of a Church brought on the Original Side of the High Court under section 92 of the Code of Civil Procedure is not a judgment within the meaning of el 15 of the Letters Patent and is accordingly not open to appeal. [...] The amendment of plaint by way of addition of a party being merely fomal and being not one altering the nture of the suit the sanction of the Advocate-General to the amendment uder section 92 of the Code of Civil Prcedure is unnecessary.
