Advocates out of the copies of the register obtained by it from the State Bar Councils as also from the register maintained by the Supreme Court for the Supreme Court Advocates. [...] On the language problem few outside the Northern India would consider with ethusiasm the suggestion for introduction of 'national' language in all Courts the preparation of the translation of the exising statutes and the passing of the statutes in future in the 'national' language. [...] The controversial term of reference to the All-India Bar Committee related to question of the continuance or abolition of the dual system of Counsel and Solicitor in Calcutta and Bombay and in the Aipreme Court. [...] So far as the Supreme Court Agency system is concerned the Comittee suggested following the opinion of the Judges of the Supreme Court the ablition of the system and the substitution of the system of acting Advocates. [...] Since the publication of the supplement the Supreme Court has overruled the India Fan" case and has on appeal approved of the Bombay view.
