A. 694 members of the Executive Committee of the Muzaffarnagar Bar Association were found guilty of cotempt for “scandalising” the Court by pasing certain resolution regarding the coduct of two judicial officers The Allahabad High Court found the members of the Executive Conuniftee guilty of contempt The Supreme Court set aside the judgment and re-stated the law which had been laid dow [...] The Editor Printer and the Pulisher of the newspaper in Debi Prasad Sharma’s case had to travel beyond the seas for getting the orders of the Allahabad High Court vacated. [...] The editorial comment in the newspaper was that if the allegations were true the Chief Justice had done a thing which would lower the prestige of the Court. [...] the same time and while he recorded the evience in one case himself he allowed the Court Recorder to do the thing in the other The Allahabad High Court found the meber of the Executive Committee guilty of contemn.
