But apart from the prospect of sharing in the spoils admission to the roll of Advocates via Bombay cannot be the simple matter sought to be made out by the authorities of the “ college.” It is true that a candidate for the Bombay examination need not be more than a matriculate; but the hand-bilks are not right in representing that no age-limit applies. [...] 204 of the new Government of India Act which provides that as a Court of first instance the Federal Court will have exclsive jurisdiction in any dispute between the Federation the Provinces and the Federated States if and so far as the dispute involves any question (whether of law or fact) on which the existence of a legal right depends. [...] For such a tribunal to hold that coviction on insufficient evidence involves a - violation of the principles of natural jutice " or the deprivation of " the substance of a fair trial and the protecti&n of the law " is a striking extension of the principles of criminal justice which we hope Courts in this country will duly note. [...] The Respondent obtained a decree against the judgment-debtors for a certain amount and the decree directed that the decretal amount was to be paid in annual instalments provided that the judgment-debtors filed in Court a registered security bond hypothcating certain property as security for the realisation of the decretal debt The Dfendants complied with the order but made a default in the [...] By a written agreement between-thassessee and a tenant the tenant agreed in addition to the sum reserved as rent to pay the amount of tax payable by thee-owner.„ The Assistant Commissioner of Income Tax included both amounts that is the amount reserved as rent and the municipal tax paid by the tenant on behalf of the landlord fore the purpose of ascertaining the annual value of the premises
