For the information of those to whom the new nomenclature of the Indian Law Reports series is yet unknown We hasten to declare that we draw the cases in our “ Notes ” section from the official rports alone; and that the official reports have introduced a new style of description composes of the year of the report the name of the province and the page at which the case begins. [...] (1) of the same section it appears that the creditor is debarred from going to the Board of his own initiative for realisation of his dues within five years of the establishment of the Board unless called for at the instance of the debtor. [...] 176 of the Government of In. dia Act 1935 the Federation may sue or be sued by the name of the Federation of India or a Provincial Government may sue or be sued in the name of the Province in relation to their respective affairs in the like cases as the Secretary of State in Council might have or been sued if the said Act had not been passed. [...] 32 r. 7 leave of the Court for the agrement to refer the suit to arbitration must be obtained before the reference is made so that the attention of the Court should be directed to the matter that there is a minor concerned and the Court should be asked to consider whether the reference is in the iterest of the minor and for his benefit and if so it should expressly record the granting of [...] 3. The omission of the next friend or the guardian ad litem of a minor party to otain such leave would render the order of reference and the award and the decree based upon it voidable at the option of the minor as against all the parties but not voidable at the option of the other parties thereto as against the minor.
