The section is as follows:— On the occurrence of a vacancy in the office of ch justice of a high court and during any absence of it a chief justice the Governor-in Council in the case the high court at Calcutta and the local Governme in other cases shall appoint one of the other judges the same high court to perform the duties of ch justice of the court until some person has been appoi ted by H [...] time-limit of 50 years will yet take long to rvai out the only safety lies in the distance from the owners of the copyright and the consequent unlikelihood of detection. [...] (c) of the Court Fees Act the value of the suit is that stated by the Plaintiff in the plaint And it is not open to the Court to correct the valuation under Or. [...] 7 r. 11 (b) of the Civil Procedure Code and therefore the Court has power to direct the Plaintiff to correct the valuation when in the opinion of the Court the Plaitiff has put a low valuation; but that in the absence of any standard of valuation this power in many cases cannot be exercised. [...] It cannot be said that the valuation of a suit for avoiding a decree for a certain stint of money would necessarily be the dcretal amount; that the questions referred to the Full Bench should be answered in the affirmative with the qualiAiation that the power of the Court under Or.
