These estimable gentlemen used to pace the corridors of English Courts of law or the pavements thereof with a piece of straw sticking out of their boots as the trade-mark of their profession or the badge of their tribe. [...] 98 of the Civil Prcedure Code and accordingly the point or points upon which the two Judges have diagreed must be stated and referred to aother Judge or Judges and the point or points must be decided in accordance with the opnion of the majority of the Judges including the two Judges who originally heard the appeal.
