The ratio of total dividends and royalty paid to the nominal capital of the present working companies on the Kolar Gold Field works out at 15'36 and 2'8E3 respective [...] Following the raising of the capital of the company from X 260 000 to X 325 000 in April 1936 the programme of continuing the mine in depth and the reorganisation of the hoisting and ventilation arrangements are being carried on vigorously. [...] The development work carried out on the west lode between the 67th and 70th levels beyond the intrusion of pegmatite disclosed the continuity of the reef the values and widths of which were satisfatory. [...] The erection of this fan will improve the ventilation of the deeper levels in the south section of the mine.
