[...] The number of wards on the register of the Court of the CommissiDner at the end of 1899 7900 was 15. [...] The number of cases pending before the Magistrates at the -close of the year was in the District Magistrate's Court five in the Courts of the Magistrates of 1 Class five and in the Courts of theMagistrates of the 11 Class forty-seven.57.
