[...] 2) about 1 of the length of the first the peduncle reaching beyond the level of the peduncle of the first antenna. [...] The branchial lamellae of the third to the eighth thoracic limbs have accessory branchiae in the form of long cylindrical fi►er-like processes arising at the base of the main lamella on the outside of the peduncle. [...] The Sapporo specimens have a greater number of spinules on the segments of the pleon more setae on the telson and in adult males a development of setae on the inner margin of the outer branch of the third uropods.
