(5) The Industry should take up the question of Mequatp allocation of steel direct with the Government' of India in the Ministry of Commerce and Industry.(6) The manufacturers should take note of the criticisms made by Government Departments Railways and other cosumers regarding the need for considerable improvment in the construction and finish of indigenous 'table fans and railway carri [...] In making its recommendations the Board has to give due weight to the interests of the consumer in the light of the prevailing coditions and also consider how the recommendations affect industries using the articles in respect of which protection is to be granted.
