[...] Notwithstanding all these the history of the world is a dismal record of cruel oppression of the weak by the song of the unprivileged by the privileged. [...] The cry of the 'Black Peril' and the 'Yellow Peril' is a typical instance of the egotistical and inebriated mentality of the white races which bodes ill for the future peace of the world.
