It is not only the factory mob and the impoverished villagers who have been affected—more in their souls than in the body— the new economic forces have not left untouched the means and morals of even those who belong to a diff [...] The problem of peace rests on a solution of the question of the majority vs the minority in Indian life and the problem of poverty uon a solution of the question of production and distribution to eliminate the distinction between the haves and the have-nots.
