As the introductory sentence of the declartion speaks of " a beter future for the world" and the third " common principles " speaks of '' the right of all peoples " and as India is a part of the world and Indians are included in the expression " all peoples " it is quite natural and quite reasonable to think that this third point in the eight-point declaration covers the case of India. [...] He is in entire sympathy with the aims and objects of the Visva-Bharati and in the course of a talk which he gave the other day said with great emphasis that the ideals of the Brahmcharyiishram at Santiniketan which was and remains the core and nucleus of the VisvBriarati should never be departed from.
