If the Percy Committee Report came to conclusions of contingent validity and probability on account of the grave uncertainties of the present and propective financial situation of the Government the Davidson Committee have come to conclusions on the financial issues relating to the individual claims of Indian States in respect of their finacial rights and liabilities under the Federation w [...] The authors have also discussed the recent trends in the trade of rice wheat and oil-seeds and rightly hold the view that the levying of an export duty on oil-seeds with a view to promoting the oil industry will be injurious to the real interests of the country." But in spite of all such temporary discontents caused by the sins of humanity either in the West or the East Vivekananda's abiding feeling was that of the spiritual unity of the human race.
