During the first two years 1921 1922 of the Reformed Legislatures much good work was done; but in the third year uwise use of the power of Certification made a breach between the party who worked the Reforms and the Government while the spectacle of the two successful years had shown the un-wisdom of Non-Co-Operators in boycotting the Legislatures and led the more practical of that body t [...] While the King is in this state of mind the messegers who were sent to consult the Oracle return with the reply that the King's future heir is to be not of the King but of the Oueen The mesengers tell the King that when they went to see the Queen she was talking to Sundar.
