[...] Every adult therefore should be taught the principal facts of physilogy and the application of elementary science to the prevention of disease the care of the teeth and eyes Ate precautions against contagious diseases the cure of the sick the right balance of diet etc. [...] He is the mouthpiece of the revolt of the East against the cultural domination of the West.
