(1) The education for the acquisition of the proper qualities and knowledge required for the culture of the mind for the attainment of happiness peace and prosperity and (2) the experience guidance and the help that are required for the development of the resources which depend upon the agriculture and the side industries. [...] Fcr the assistance that the guardian or father receives from the student he may pay half of the cost to the teacher and keep the.other half for himself as he becomes the teacher for the occupation. [...] But before that is done the scheme of All India Education will be summarised as fellows :- All villages will have schools where the work of the cultivation of the initial virtuous and industrious habits the knowledge of letters rquired for the life in villages and the practice of the occupation carried on therein will be carried out. [...] ing and purchasing the knowledge of letters and of all sorts required by the villages the habits of virtue and industry and the personal qualities of health strength agility and willingness to work (2) The voctional side which includes the practice of agriculture and of any other side industry intended to usefully occupy the spare titre and also to reiburse the pockets of the villager [...] 3 of the man he will co operate with the teacher of the village and obtain the help of the boys who will form a sort of the reserve force for such occasions.
