The Bombay Institute for the Blind and the Ida Rieu Schcol for the Blind at Karachi are other institutions for the education of the blind. [...] The only sanction within the authority of the General Committee is lecturing the offenders ; in the most serious cases this consists of a public reprimand before the assembly of the whole school. [...] (2) The free activity of the pupils consists mainly in the work done in the school clubs organised according to their vvistes and interests; a member of the school staff works with each of the clubs. [...] The reporters will therefore consider the idea ;of morality in children and the conception of the world to which this idea leads the adolescent ; the influence of environment and tradition on the formation of the moral ideal ; the social conception of morality the individual not being the final aim of education for-being a creator he gives himself to the service of a cause thus becoming the se [...] The Committee postponed to the next meeting the consideration of the question of the 1 eachers' Registration Council as the report from the Em ployment Bureau was not received."( 1.64 ) VIII.
