The investigation relates to the studies of the various problems arising out of the meat dehydration industry with special reference to the breakdown prodtcts and their percentages drying of dressed carcasses tunnel conditions and the moisture contents of the dehydrated meat moisture and fat of meat slices of different thicknesses absorption of moisture by the dehydrated meat effect of sortin [...] The present work relates to the studies of the various problems arising out of the processing operations of the goat meat dehydration industry in India during the war with special reference to th(1) relative percentage of the breakdown products" (i.e. [...] in the weight of the bones but the fat of the second was almost four times the weight of that of the former. [...] It has been stated in the Food Investigation Board Research Memoirs that the ratio of the dressed carcass to the live weight or the dressing out percentage was supposed to give an indication of the fatness of the.animals ile. [...] The present paper deals with the conditions for the formation of chlorides of sulphur ; in the following paper will be reported the study of conditions for the formation of elementary sulphur.
