[...] The ease has been treated of as if it were a drawing aside of the ved from the secrets of the mama and an exposure of the vice which the rules of native society 'strive to conceal. [...] This would in no very long period of time bring about the transfer to the State or to the societies of the bulk of the property of the country real and personal.
